PPA Settlements

Phenylpropanolamine - a.k.a. PPA -  is used in prescription and over-the-counter medications primarily as a nasal decongestant, and less frequently, in weight control medications as an appetite suppressant. Use of PPA has been found to cause increased risk for stroke by researchers at Yale University.
